Our fence is easily self-installed and the super-strong woven mesh will not allow children or pets to enter the pool area unsupervised. Our fence is designed to be self-installed and requires only 5/8" holes to be drilled in the deck. All posts and screws are made of stainless steel hardware that will not rust or corrode. The safety fence can easily be removed and reinstalled in minutes by a single person. The lightweight fence rolls up when not in use for easy storage. The fence comes with plastic covers for the post holes when the fence is not in use.

It comes in pre-assembled 4"H x 12"L and 5"H x 12"L lengths and it can be easily shortened to fit any pool area. Our optional gates feature true close hinges that are spring loaded to self close and Magna-Latch lock to prevent entry by children at no extra cost. Gates are available in 4" and 5" heights, and they are 30" wide. Safety fencing comes complete with hardware, measuring template, instructions and a free installation video. To return a product based upon the replacement/return guarantee of Site Furnishing Source, you must call or e-mail our Returns Department and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the guarantee return period for the product (described above). Site Furnishing Source will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days in which must be returned to Site Furnishing Source. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.

Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to Site Furnishing Source. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, Site Furnishing Source Return Procedure will be breached and Site Furnishing Source will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component.

Site Furnishing Source will not refund to Customer the original shipping charges. In addition, Site Furnishing Source charges a 25% re-stocking fee on all non-defective returns for refund.

Products being returned for a refund, must be received by Site Furnishing Source prior to 30 days from the original invoice date. Returns received after the 30 day return period will no longer be eligible for refund.

Shipping charges are non refundable.

Items with Free Shipping:
Returns on items that included 'Free Shipping' will be credited for the item ONLY minus the original shipping charges we incurred to ship the item(s) out to you & restocking fees will still apply. 'Free Shipping' will no longer apply once the item is returned. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges, as well as the shipping charges to send your replacement item.

This item ships via FedEx or UPS (depending on your zip code). Once shipped, you will receive a tracking # via the email address you provide. Ground shipments usually arrive within 2-5 business days. Please inspect the package when it arrives to review if damage occurred during shipping. If a box is crushed, wet or severely damaged, reject the shipment and do not sign for it. The item will be returned to us, which allows us to file a claim. We will then be able to ship your replacement item within 24 hours.
If shipment is found to be damaged after delivery, contact customer service immediately so a claim can be filed. Please retain all damaged items and shipping materials, as the carrier may need to perform an inspection.

Site Furnishing Source offers a 3 year basic warranty on this product to the original purchaser from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship. During this period Site Furnishing Source will repair or replace, at our discretion, the defective component.

This warranty does not apply to improperly installed, handled, abused, damaged by user error, nor to any unit which has been repaired or altered by unauthorized repair companies. Under no circumstances will the buyer be entitled to consequential or incidental damages. This limited 3 year basic warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights which vary from state to state where you live. Batteries and plastic housings are not covered by warranty.
